A year after the reopening of Montia -his Michelin-starred restaurant reborn after a devastating fire- Daniel Ochoa continues to shape a project built on a single conviction: every decision, from the ingredients to the tableware, the team, or the wines, is rooted in the local ecosystem.
Coming Full Circle is an intimate portrait of a moment of maturity, in which coherence, calm, and authenticity take center stage. Far from the image of the celebrity chef, Ochoa prefers to be seen simply as a cook: someone who uses his craft not only to prepare food, but to regenerate his surroundings, nurture human connections, and restore a sense of wholeness. In doing so, he closes –both literally and symbolically– the circle between land and table, between people and purpose.
