Círculos
The documentary is born from one circle and expands into many others. There is the intimate circle of those who made it possible, the circle of suppliers and artisans who sustain Montia’s kitchen, the circle of the community that surrounds and nourishes the restaurant, and finally the circle that opens to the audience, who receive the story and make it their own.
Each circle is a gathering of people, of knowledge, of shared effort. No project comes to life in isolation: it is the commitment of every voice, every gesture, every craft that turns an idea into reality. This documentary is, in itself, a tribute to that circular network that sustains and gives meaning to what we do.
Montia’s Circle of Suppliers
At Montia, km0 is not a trend but a way of understanding life. Here we introduce some of the suppliers featured in the documentary, though Montia’s universe is nourished by many more hands, lands, and projects that sustain its kitchen every day.
The Circle Behind the Documentary
The artistic and technical team of Coming Full Circle is an inseparable part of the film. Each person has contributed their vision, their sensitivity, and their commitment. The result carries a piece of each of them—something that goes beyond the professional and can be felt in every frame. Coming Full Circle is not only the story of Daniel Ochoa, but also the reflection of all the souls who have accompanied him on this journey, inhabiting that invisible territory as well.
